Im Herzen eines Projekts<\/h1>

Das 2009 ins Leben gerufene regionale Programm Je t\u2019aime mon coeur bek\u00e4mpft die Risikofaktoren f\u00fcr Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen.<\/strong> Dank dieses Programms k\u00f6nnen Personen, die zuvor von ihrem Hausarzt identifiziert wurden, kostenlos und je nach ihren Bed\u00fcrfnissen von einer di\u00e4tetischen Betreuung, einer psychologischen Begleitung, einer Tabakberatung oder auch von angepassten k\u00f6rperlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten profitieren. Seit seiner Einf\u00fchrung wurden fast 4000 Personen von einem Team aus paramedizinischen Fachleuten betreut.<\/strong><\/p>

D\u00e9clic Communication begleitet das Programm seit seinem Beginn<\/strong>. Unser Team hat seine Kompetenzen geb\u00fcndelt, um eine echte Identit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Je t\u2019aime mon coeur zu schaffen und eine wirksame Multichannel- und Multizielgruppenstrategie zu entwickeln. Logotype, Corporate Identity, Kampagnenbilder, Gesch\u00e4ftsunterlagen, Plakate, 4-seitige Faltbl\u00e4tter, Brosch\u00fcren, Goodies, Website, Facebook-Werbung..<\/strong>. Eine visuelle Identit\u00e4t mit Herz<\/h1>

Eine visuelle Identit\u00e4t erfordert im Vorfeld einige \u00dcberlegungen<\/strong>. In einer ersten kreativen Sitzung mit unserem Kunden konnten wir die Zielgruppen, die Berufe und die Werte, die der Verein verk\u00f6rpert, definieren. Es folgte eine kreative Phase, in der unsere Grafikdesigner \u00fcber Farben und Formen nachdachten, die das Wesen des Programms am besten symbolisieren. Sie erforschten mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, um das Feld der M\u00f6glichkeiten zu \u00f6ffnen. Das Logo wurde dann im Laufe des Austauschs mit dem Verein verfeinert.<\/p>

Das Herz, das als Bildsymbol gew\u00e4hlt wurde, ist eine visuelle Umsetzung des Berufs des Vereins: der Schutz Ihres Herzens<\/strong>. Es symbolisiert auch das Wohlwollen und die Unterst\u00fctzung, die Sie von allen am Programm beteiligten Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4ften erhalten.<\/p>

Die Farbe des Logos war zun\u00e4chst rosa und wechselte einige Jahre sp\u00e4ter zu blau. Sich an verschiedene Zielgruppen anpassen<\/h1>

Herz-Kreislauf-Probleme k\u00f6nnen jeden betreffen. Das Programm richtet sich daher an ein breites Publikum. Es wurden \u00dcberlegungen angestellt, um eine wirksame Multi-Zielgruppen-Strategie zu entwickeln.<\/p>

Vier Gesichter, zwei Frauen und zwei M\u00e4nner aller Altersgruppen, verk\u00f6rpern das Programm. Indem das Kampagnenvisual auf diese Weise variiert wird, kann sich der Leser leicht mit der Person identifizieren, die ihm \u00e4hnlich sieht.<\/p>

Die Kommunikation sollte sich sowohl an Kranke als auch an Nichtkranke und Gesundheitsfachleute richten. Zahlreiche Kommunikationsmittel, Printmedien, digitale Medien und Goodies wurden von unserem Team entworfen, um alle Zielgruppen von Je t\u2019aime mon coeur zu erreichen.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
