Dans toutes les autres hypoth\u00e8ses soit 99% des entreprises, la\u00a0r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un registre des traitements est obligatoire.<\/p><p><strong>Ce\u00a0registre de traitement\u00a0doit comporter les informations suivantes\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Le nom et les coordonn\u00e9es du responsable du traitement et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, du responsable conjoint du traitement, du repr\u00e9sentant du responsable du traitement et du d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es ;<\/li><li>Les finalit\u00e9s du traitement ;<\/li><li>Une description des cat\u00e9gories de personnes concern\u00e9es et des cat\u00e9gories de\u00a0donn\u00e9es personnelles\u00a0;<\/li><li>Les cat\u00e9gories de destinataires auxquels les\u00a0donn\u00e9es personnelles\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ou seront communiqu\u00e9es, y compris les destinataires dans des pays tiers ou des organisations internationales ;<\/li><li>Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les transferts de\u00a0donn\u00e9es personnelles\u00a0vers un pays tiers ou \u00e0 une organisation internationale, y compris l\u2019identification de ce pays tiers ou de cette organisation internationale et, dans le cas des transferts vis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019article 49, paragraphe 1, deuxi\u00e8me alin\u00e9a, les documents attestant de l\u2019existence de garanties appropri\u00e9es ;<\/li><li>Les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus pour l\u2019effacement des diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories de\u00a0donn\u00e9es personnelles\u00a0;<\/li><li>Une description g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 techniques et organisationnelles vis\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019article 32, paragraphe 1.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces obligations incombent \u00e9galement aux sous-traitants ayant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces\u00a0donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/p><p>En cas de non-respect de ces obligations, le\u00a0responsable de traitement\u00a0et, le cas-\u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les sous-traitants, s\u2019exposent \u00e0 une amende pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 millions d\u2019euros ou 2% du chiffres d\u2019affaires annuel mondial sur l\u2019exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p><p>Vous pouvez prendre
