The survey is based on a sample of 700 companies from the retail sector in France, from March 14th to April 8th 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p>According to Acsel, <strong>51%<\/strong> of French retailers say that digital contributes to their turnover and<strong> 57%<\/strong> consider that digital contributes to local commerce. These figures have increased since 2021, which is a clear indication that following the health crisis all businesses have had to take a digital turn. Consumption patterns are still based on online shopping despite the end of the crisis, these habits have become anchored in the daily life of consumers.<\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">In terms of social networks, we note that <strong>72%<\/strong> of businesses have a page on social networks, <strong>73%<\/strong> of businesses have set up a showcase site to respond optimally to customer requests.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>We also note that <strong>84%<\/strong> of businesses with less than 20 employees want to better master digital tools and <strong>80%<\/strong> simply need to know where to start.
