20h40 Productions is a leading French producer of the promotion, organisation and broadcasting of comedy, music, equestrian and recital shows. The company works throughout France and produces numerous artists. The 20h40 teams work alongside event professionals and combine their creativity and skills to develop and present quality shows.

The mission of our Déclic Communication team is to ensure maximum visibility for 20h40 Productions, particularly with their main targets: tour operators, venues and local authorities. The project is based on an Internet site, a brochure of the touring artists, regular e-mailing campaigns and outsourced communication missions.

An intuitive website to promote artists

The digital communication is based on a fresh and interactive website. Entirely responsive design, the site is optimised for consultation on tablets and smartphones. The content can be edited by the 20h40 Productions team in total autonomy. The freshness of each artist’s news is thus guaranteed!

As soon as you arrive on the site, a slider presents the different shows to the Internet user, plunging him or her directly into the world of the production. Each artist is highlighted on the home page and is given a specific page. This page contains information about the artist and their shows, their latest Tweets and, of course, links to the shop to book tickets!

The events calendar is also a central element of the site. It has been designed to maximise the visibility of each show to individuals and especially to professionals, the primary target of the production. To make it easier to navigate through the many events planned, users can filter their search by artist, date or directly via a search engine.

E-mail campaigns to promote and enhance artists and shows

Recurrent e-mailing campaigns are set up to promote artists and their shows to venues and local authorities. Our Déclic Communication team manages the graphic design, development and sending of all the e-mailings. Thanks to these campaigns, 20h40 Productions can easily control its targeting and reach out more widely.

The statistics of each e-mailing are then analysed in order to maximise the performance of subsequent campaigns.

On the print side, the visibility of shows is also enhanced

Our experts also accompany 20h40 in the deployment of the various visual supports, in association and collaboration with the artists. Our graphic designers create web and print materials such as posters, flyers, invitations, postcards, and stand rollers in keeping with the universe created by each artist! 20h40 Productions benefits from advice and a volume of graphic creations for a controlled budget.

Finally, each year, our graphic designers produce the year’s show brochure. This brochure promotes the artists of the production. Theatres, local authorities and tour operators can thus easily find out what each one offers and choose the shows that correspond to them. Our graphic designers create the charter and the layout of the brochure. You can also consult it interactively on the production’s website.
