Merge and rise

After 10 years of existence, Cap Audit and Cap Décision, companies specialising in independent expertise, consulting and auditing, have reinvented themselves and decided to merge!

New name, new visual identity, new logo, new strategy and new website! This is the birth of Céliance, the momentum of your projects.

The Déclic team accompanied the company from A to Z in its change of direction. Our main objectives? To develop a unique strategy and identity and to create a memorable announcement event!

Elaboration of a new identity

The birth of Céliance is the result of a reflexion and of several creativity sessions hold in collaboration with our client. 

This new name is inspiring of a few key words :  to rise, to soar, the alliance, the elevation…

The identity is concluded by a well thought-out logotype

The symbolism of the image represents a springboard to success as well as the human. Indeed, the springboard can also be seen as raised arms and represents a happy and welcoming person. The colours orange and blue coming together are a sign of a true alliance between the Celia experts and the entrepreneurs who use their services.

The colours used also have their own meanings. Blue represents serenity and confidence. Indeed, the Céliance team helps its clients to emerge from turbulence, to become market leaders or to aspire to tranquillity. The orange refers to the creativity of the company, which always provides solutions with high added value.

The whole logo therefore inspires elevation, success, mutual aid and alliance, the new dimensions adopted by Céliance

In order to respect the new graphic charter of Céliance, our web team developed their new website. All the communication media also adopted a new design to match the company’s new identity.

«Embark
to a new course».

During the various creativity sessions we used our «creative attitude» to find an original and bold way to announce the company’s change of identity to their various employees. The solution? An Escape Game type puzzle game, created and hosted by our team at the 4 brand launch parties in Metz, Paris, Luxembourg and Saint-Dizier.

The guests competed in teams to discover the company’s new identity first. This «Embark on a new course» game, a regatta race full of mysteries, allowed the company to unveil their new identity and strategy in a collaborative, personalised and unique way. Our team created the scenario, the riddles, the materials (envelopes, riddle cards, maps…), and the adhesive textile badges for the game. The kits for the 4 evenings were also prepared by us. An emailing, designed by our experts, allowed us to communicate about these exceptional evenings. For the registrations, we developed a customised online registration system.
