A multi-channel and multi-target strategy for Je t’aime mon coeur

Created in 2009, the regional programme Je t’aime mon cœur fights against the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Thanks to this programme, people who have been previously identified by their GP can benefit, free of charge and according to their needs, from dietary monitoring, psychological support, smoking cessation sessions and adapted physical activity. Since its launch, nearly 4,000 people have been supported by a team of paramedical professionals.

Our agency Déclic Communication has accompanied the programme since its inception. Our team has pooled its skills to create a real identity for Je t’aime mon cœur and develop an effective multi-channel and multi-target strategy. Logotype, graphic charter, campaign visuals, commercial documents, posters, 4-page leaflets, booklets, goodies, website, Facebook advertising… A global work provided by our whole team to make the programme known and valued.
